Our story
ROTI AMIH was founded in January 2018. Alia Mustika Nur started it when She baked for Her children and then realized how popular ROTI AMIH in Serang city.
As this is still a family business, We always try to keep all the ingredients well sourced and of the highest quality. Everything is hand iced and baked in small batches to really give the essence of simple old fashioned cooking.
We cooked a hand-made bread in our kitchen everyday so you can eat the bread fresh from the oven. Fresh prepared daily bread is away of life.

In Our workshop, we work on the dough one by one with the best ingredients.
We want to take our customers back in the time, where they can taste bread with different flavor, shapes, aromas, and shades.
All of this is made four ingredients needed to make the best bread: flavor, water, salt and yeast.
